Paint Play Laugh Shine
Weekend Retreat
6pm Friday 9 Sep,
Saturday 10 Sep 9am-4pm and Sunday 11 Sep 9am-4pm
We create…
to reconnect
to let go
to rekindle the joy of making
with our own hands.
We play with colours and textures
that delight our spirit.
We explore…
our heart’s desires.
We laugh deep down in our belly
and our hearts open wide.
We dance with brushes in our hands.
We let go of what it looks like
and revel in the making, in the freedom of the process.
We rejoice in the shapes and images
that lift our spirit.
We shine the beauty of our soul
out into the world.
We enjoy being playful
and present in each moment.
We soak up the energy of this special place.
We feel the sun on our faces,
the sand under our feet and
stand in circle with women,
we allow ourselves to let go of our masks,
be the true RADIANT CREATIVE beings that we are.
When we come together to create and play,
we strengthen that connection to our inner voice,
to the beautiful souls that we are.
And we carry that back into the world
into our families
and the work we love to do.

About your retreat guide – Michelle Walker:
Michelle Walker is an experienced facilitator and leader of workshops,
retreats and training programs. She specialises in the fields of creative
and visual thinking, energy release techniques, vision-planning-to-action
and reflective practices — powerful stuff and a unique combination
in the professional coaching and personal development world.
Over the years, Michelle has designed and delivered learning programs
and events to professionals and their teams from profit
and not-for-profit organisations and community groups.
She continues to receive strong positive feedback from participants

to work differently, do more and find solutions to the important issues
that currently challenge us.
As well as her coaching as an Abundance Bliss Mentor and

Michelle is the founder and host of the
‘Life is Your Canvas’ self-discovery online workshops.
Through these free online courses, Michelle is helping people
around the world access thought-leaders in creative and
emergent thinking and helping people get unstuck,
find their passion and path, and
make the changes they desire in their life.

What you bring: When you book, I will send you a list of what to bring.
I will also provide a range of paints, brushes and canvases, markers
and pastels for you to use.
Where to stay: This retreat is non-residential, so you are able to select and
book accommodation for the weekend that suits you. Brunswick Heads has everything
from campgrounds (very close to the venue), Air BnB, hotel and
holiday letting options. Basically everyone is catered for.
A list of suggested accommodation options
will be provided on booking, if required.
FAQs:
Do I need to be creative to attend?
No, not at all. Come exactly how you are, as you are.
There are no pre-requisites for this program though
I strongly suggest come with an open and curious mind and
an open and compassionate heart. Nothing in the program requires you
to have Picasso-like skills, just a willingness to get a little messy!
There will be no competition or comparison invited or allowed.
This is about opening your heart to the creative joy within.
